Final Level and BBL Partner for Rakin Cup – The Esports Observer

Entertainment platform Final Level and esports promotion company Bad Boy Leeroy (BBL) have partnered with Team Liquid player and streamer Rafael “Rakin” Knittel for the fourth edition of the Rakin Cup (Copa Rakin). The Valorant tournament will be split into three stages, one of them exclusive for women, featuring some of the main Brazilian teams as Gamelanders and Valorant Masters participants Team Vikings and yng Sharks.

Each stage will have a $40K BRL (roughly $7.5K USD) prize pool, making a total of $120K BRL (roughly $22.5K USD) across the entire event, which starts in June and ends in November. Streams will be held on Knittel’s channel on Twitch.

Held in October 2020, the last edition of the Rakin Cup counted on Unilever’s OMO Sports sponsorship, which did not repeat for 2021. The event has the approval of Riot Games and had its graphic identity created by Mad Monkey agency, which also has its brand featured in the publicity pieces beside BBL and Final Level.
