Days Gone has been given yet another update on PS4.
Fortunately, however, the small Days Gone update 1.07 fixes a problem that arose after the release of the previous patch.
Better yet, the update only weighs in at around 136MB, so you won’t waste too much time downloading it.
“Due to an issue that arose with Patch 1.06, we removed the update to the Auto-save function,” the developer explains. “Players who have not updated to Patch 1.06 yet will now only have access to Patch 1.07.”
The remaining Days Gone update 1.07 patch notes can be seen below…
• Audio should no longer be cut out/dropped when it involves equipping certain engines and certain exhausts to your bike
Days Gone made its first appearance during Sony’s 2016 E3 press conference.
An open-world action-adventure game, Days Gone puts players in the shoes of a drifter and bounty hunter named Deacon St. John.
Players will face off against zombie hordes and human enemies in the Pacific Northwest.
As seen in the original demo from E3, Deacon will occasionally have to overcome insurmountable odds to survive zombie hordes numbering in the hundreds.
The game features a day and night cycle, plus dynamic weather, which can potentially alter each encounter.
“Ride into a desperate dog-eat-dog world ravaged by a deadly pandemic as drifter and bounty hunter, Deacon St. John,” reads a Sony post.
“Risk the threats of the broken road on the back of your trusty drifter bike as you face swarms of mindless feral Freakers – and equally terrifying humans.
“Unpredictable weather and different times of day and night can cause incredible danger and shocking surprises… and everything wants you dead.”
