PlayStation 4 players, there's some good news for you this week.
Sony has applied one of its fairly frequent updates to the PlayStation Store and added some fancy new titles, as well as discounting some others too.
One of the best updates that's been added without much fanfare was for a Square Enix game that's often overlooked when compared to its RPG stalemates like Final Fantasy and Avengers.
But Dragon Quest Builders 2 is a worthy title and might just scratch that open-world, building itch that Minecraft left you with back in the day.
The new Jumbo Demo is now available to download on the store right now – and it's totally free, too!
The demo, which rocks up weighing less than 5GB, was added to the PS Store on November 5 and has since already generated a bit of chatter on Twitter and Reddit thanks to how charming it is.
Dragon Quest Builders 2 has been out a while, and it got generally positive reviews when it launched, too, but now this demo gives you a deeper, more robust test of the game – and you don't have to spend a penny.
Square Enix notes that this trail for the game can give you a taste of hours of gameplay, and that includes the farming mechanics in the title that you can try in the Furrowfield area.
“Explore the world of DRAGON QUEST BUILDERS 2 with the Jumbo Demo,” the demo blurb reads.
“Start by customizing your character and set off to your first encounter with the children of Hargon.
“Explore the Isle of Awakening and sail to Furrowfield to help the villagers rebuild their town!
“Do not be shy to explore young builder, as you can transfer your save data to the full version of DRAGON QUEST BUILDERS 2!”
